About The Movement

Michelle Vrakelos is a professionally trained dancer at the highest level. She was awarded a scholarship at the most prestigious and selective dance school on the West Coast, EDGE Performing Arts Center in Hollywood, California. After her intensive training at EDGE Michelle got hired by several famous dance companies lead by some familiar choreographers like Shane Sparks of “So You Think You Can Dance” and Eddie Garcia who has worked with Michael Jackson, Paula Abdul, and Sheryl Crow. Michelle then established an international presence by joining the 90’s fitness phenomenon Tae Bo with Billy Blanks. She regularly taught to packed classes of more than 100 people and alongside Billy Blanks inspired the soldiers of the U.S. Armed Forces.

In 2008, Michelle opened a first of its kind fitness studio in Los Angeles, where she took her 25 year background in dance to create a unique fusion between modern ballet and athleticism. This fresh and fun approach created fitness frenzy with lines out the door, attracting attention from celebrities and people all over the West Coast.

After inspiring thousands of people to embrace a healthy lifestyle through movement and self-acceptance, Michelle decided to create a platform so anyone in the world could get a workout that would not only change their body but their life.
