Make the right choices when eating out…

We know all too well how eating out can be a challenge. When looking through a menu where everything looks so yummy try to choose a simple dish with a combination of protein and vegetables/fruit. Go for a salad with fruits and nuts (try leaving the meat off the salad) or a meat/fish dish with vegetables. You’ll leave feeling satisfied and guilt free!
