Don’t have a juicer? No problem!
Go-To Green Juice
- – 2-3 leaves of fresh kale
- – 1/2 lemon (with peel)
- – 1/2 medium beet (with skin)
- – 2-3 celery stalks or 1 medium cucumber (or a little of each)
- – 1-2 Tbsp. fresh ginger root (optional)
- – Add stevia to taste if you have a hard time drinking green juice
Add all ingredients to a juicer and drink up. If using a blender simply remove the kale leaves from the ribs, and peel the lemon, beet, ginger, and cucumber before tossing everything in! Serves 1-2.
