ZESTY SEAFOOD STUFFED AVOCADO

  • – 6 COOKED SHRIMP
  • – 1/2 LIME (JUICE)
  • – CILANTRO LEAVES (ADD AS MUCH AS DESIRED)
  • – 1/8 AVOCADO (FOR MIX), 1/2 AVOCADO (FOR FOOD BOWL)
  • – 1/8 TSP FRESH CHOPPED JALEPENO (*OPTIONAL – ONLY IF YOU LIKE SPICE)
  • – SALT, PEPPER, CHILI POWDER TO YOUR LIKING

    ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND MIX THEN SCOOP INTO A HALF OF AN AVOCADO. SERVES 1.
